Free shipping was surprisingly fast – got a call for delivery 1 day after placing my order, even though it was supposed to be 3-5 days. Bought 1 shredded memory foam pillow and 1 Ergopedic. The shredded foam pillow comes vacuumed, but inflated to become very plush after unwrapping and unrolling it. Though there was a slight memory foam smell, it went away after leaving out for a few hours. Though my wife prefers the contour pillow, my kids and I prefer the shredded memory foam one because it feels more lush and substantial. I will be ordering another 2 shredded foam pillows for my kids.
